By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any new features, which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery or otherwise, NECRO POON will not be responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, NECRO POON is not held responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

 

NECRO POON reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards for salable condition.

Where provided, all original packaging should accompany the item, and the lack of these items, will risk a return being rejected. All accessories (including, but not limited to: belts, dust bags, and lanyards) must be in an equally salable condition to the items that they accompany.

 

Shoes will not be accepted if returned with marked soles, without the original box, or with a damaged box, and will be sent back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs, and purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that a customer foregoes secured tracking, NECRO POON is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received. NECRO POON reserves the right to define and determine "salable condition" at our own discretion.

 

NECRO POON will endeavour to ensure that the Content and the product descriptions on the Site are as accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that “Content” and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error-free. Please refer to our Returns policy if you feel a product offered by NECRO POON is not as described.

In order to place orders with us, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:

Be in possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to NECRO POON for payment

Providing personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate (email address, real name, phone number, billing information and other requested information as indicated on the Site).

 

In placing an order with us, you authorise NECRO POON to process a charge or charges on your credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
